Norfolk Tourism has published a 2012 Tourism Business Toolkit aimed at helping the county’s tourism industry to capitalise on the 2012 Games. Sponsored by Norfolk County Council with the key message, ‘Visit Norfolk – Closer than you think to London’, the toolkit includes fact sheets with key information about London 2012, and including key marketing messages and suggestions on customer care to help businesses prepare for the Games.
